Kipp Residence: The Kipps dreamed of restoring their 1930's Tudor style home to its original glory. Like many homeowners, the Kipps wondered whether their dream could really be made a reality. After working through a feasibility study, we determined that the traditional Tudor home of their dreams was within reach. Our collaboration with the Kipps lasted almost two years, and the result truly is a dream come true.
In keeping with the Kipps' dream of an authentically restored Tudor home, we carefully restored every architectural detail of the existing 4,000 sq. ft. main house. The library, living room, and bedrooms were renovated, and new landscaping was added to the 2-acre site. In addition, we added 3,000 sq. ft., which included a 7-car garage, a workshop, and a great room and kitchen.
