Spanish Colonial Revival Whole Home Remodel

This 1928 Spanish-style Geneva Residence was transformed through an extensive multiphase remodel. Alongside our client, we approached this project with a focus on imbuing the spaces with authentic Spanish-style characteristics and personalized details. An addition to the primary bedroom created a beautiful new primary bathroom. Every space throughout the home’s interior was modified including a striking new kitchen, charming breakfast nook, elegant dining room, and living rooms with hand-painted murals. Throughout the home, custom tile in a variety of vibrant colors and bold patterns pair beautifully with the earth-tones and natural materials.
