This project is a decade in the making as my parents were not 100% confident with previous plans & ideas Our confidence with HB began with the initial phone call and has not wavered throughout the process. HB has performed as a high functioning team throughout the process and has listened to our ideas— even when we weren’t clear. Much of our project was very sentimental—my parents are in their 80’s and have lived there for over 50 years. This is their first remodel. HB have truly been respectful with the sentimental piece of this project and surprised us by incorporating special features into the final design that play off memories that we’ve shared or designs that trigger fond memories. It’s hard to believe, but it has been a smooth process and we are beyond impressed with the quality of the design and actual build. They are within budget and even incorporated ideas and materials at a cost that was extremely reasonable. Huge value for their end product. Cleanliness… OMG! We can not believe how clean our worksite is! Every day, the site is cleaned & organized. Materials are stacked thoughtfully and tools are safely stored or taken with the team. The floors and entire site are vacuumed or swept for dust and trash is removed… daily! Our project is close to completion and we couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to get into our new kitchen and living areas to create more memories. We are SO happy with choosing HB!
