Custom Hilltop Ranch Style Home

Our client wanted to take advantage of her 8-acre property and build a custom home that overlooked her family’s equine ranch. This new contemporary yet rustic custom home sits atop a rolling hill with gorgeous panoramic views of the San Gabriel Valley mountains. Large industrial steel-grade windows allow for floor-to-ceiling views. Steel beams highlight the structure upon which the custom home is built and tie iron and copper accents into the finishing details. The architectural style emphasizes the mix of traditional materials such as stone, with modern textures like marble and slate; the home’s color palettes are soft and neutral to complement the coolness of the stone and a variety of boulders and rocks are utilized as the main focal point for the infinity pool and scenic landscape.
