Spanish Revival Architecture Complete Home Renovation

This 1929 home was upgraded with a whole home remodel and a new pool house designed to keep the original Spanish Revival architectural style. The living room and dining room can comfortably entertain large groups, and the restructured second floor accommodates a larger primary suite, dressing room, laundry, and bathroom. Beautiful mahogany doors and windows in the sunroom now provide direct access to the yard. The backyard was redesigned to include two trellises, a new patio area, and a pool house with a full-sized bathroom and private sauna.
